Refund Policy

UnifiWave LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for business internet and managed WiFi services.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new service activations. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days after installation, you may cancel for a full refund of any monthly service fees paid. Installation fees are non-refundable after work is completed.

2. Monthly Service Fees

  • Monthly service fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • If we fail to meet the uptime commitments outlined in your Service Level Agreement, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA.

3. Installation Fees

  • Installation fees cover site survey, hardware installation, cabling, and network configuration.
  • Before installation begins: Fully refundable if you cancel before our team arrives on site.
  • After installation is complete: Installation fees are non-refundable, as labor and materials have been expended.

4. Hardware

All hardware provided under our managed service plans remains the property of UnifiWave during the term of your agreement. Upon cancellation, hardware must be returned within 14 days in working condition. Failure to return hardware may result in a replacement charge as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Early Termination

All plans require a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel before the end of your commitment period (after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee window), an early termination fee may apply:

  • Essential plan: $199 early termination fee
  • Professional plan: $399 early termination fee
  • Enterprise plan: As specified in your custom service agreement

Early termination fees are waived if you cancel due to a documented, sustained service failure that we are unable to resolve within 14 business days.

6. Service Credits

If we fail to meet our uptime SLA, you may be eligible for service credits applied to future invoices. See our Service Level Agreement for full details on credit eligibility and amounts.

Refund requests are typically processed within 10 business days. Credits are applied to the payment method on file.

8. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing customers will be notified of material changes via email.
